1. After a few days we began to question the lack of an acceptable 'turn down' service, quality of bedding (especially the pillows) and overall cleanliness of our room.

9. The only negative comments are: 1) we had asked for connecting rooms and they were unable to provide us with those 2) the extra pillow and towels we requested before we arrived were never delivered.
