1. The resort is walking distance to some decent shopping, which I enjoyed, and although I didn't get a chance to use the fitness center I did take a look at it and thought it looked great.

3. The property was sold out for the conference so working out in the very small fitness center (free) was a no-go unless you went at 4am or 6pm.

4. The women's dressing room had everything you would want, includinga steam room, sauna, hot tub, outdoor showers, private showers and baths, grooming essentials, an outdoor pool, a relaxation room, a bisto, a great fitness center, and a nice boutique.

10. Something that the hotel forgets to tell you is that you can use the spa fitness center which has state of the art equipmen for free but never told me that until I had a question about the internet two days later.
