1. It was quiet, spacious, clean, had a great walkout area off the patio doors (I was on the ground floor), and the bathroom was huge.

4. Can't comment on swimming / lazy river, since it was 58 degrees during our stay, however we found a really nice quiet spot on the patio of Italian resturaunt that we had all to ourselves and basked in the early / mid morning sun.
