Someone needs to tell these people the old saying don't judge a book by it's cover because my wife and I had a pocket full of money that we would have gladly sat and spent on cocktails if they weren't ignorant enough to ignore us because we weren't dressed like the rest of the 'Hoi Poloi' in the lounge that night.

4. there is a $1 charge for toll free calls they block all of the free wi fi connection from the area and charg $6 for every 15 minutes of internet useIf you want your linens changed you must ASK!they convieniently left a note informing of this policy on top of the catalog they left if u want to purchase any of the room decor LOLThe room was nice but compared to other places in the area I wouldnt even say i paid for location here because there are ton of hotels connected to the same mall as this one that u can get way more for the money especially hotel amenties that are included in the room fee.

5. I booked this hotel while here on business i decided to stay a different hotel each week to get an idea of what was worth my money since i will be in the area on business frequently needless to say i wont waste my firms money here again all that was included in the hotel price was the pool and fitness area which you must walk across the lobby to get to from the room areas.
