3. We were to be given complementary parking; on leaving, that also took even more time and required us to track down the organizer of our event, required her to track down the parking manager, and even then it took the staff lots of time to figure out how to get the computer to deduct the charge.

5. When I spoke to the manager about this she claimed that this was b/c they use a City garage and have no control over thhe be rate and all the hotels in the area are on the same arrangement.

7. I complained to the manager that I don't consider paying for something everyone else offers for free to be an 'amenity' and she did waive the fee after some spirted discussion.
