1. When they asked for a personal credit card for incenditals, besure they don't charge the whole hotel bill on it when the bill is being guaranteed/paid by a company credit card.

2. night well people running outside room, shouting I need to call front desk 3 times it took one hour to fix the outside problems, The morning restaurant, and valet parking very good,A the end I asked for my bill and they didn't apply my payment made through hotel.

4. When I complained about it, the woman on room service phone duty assured me that she would reduce my invoice however when I got my final bill I discovered that she did not do this.

6. When we checked in, the front desk said the restaurant would bring us a bill and to charge it to the room and they would delete the charge at checkout.

7. but when it was time for the bill it was a different story my room was a total of 568 dollar they end up charging me that plus 325 dollars!when i called they kept givening me the run around need less to say i was very dissappointed.

9. One problem with this is that if your employer booked the room and placed instructions that the charges should be billed to your employer`s credit card, checking in at the kiosk will automatically put your personal card as the card that will be charged.
