1. If I had paid full price for my room, I would have had a problem paying that parking fee, but at $55 per night, it didn't bother me.

4. There is no mention of this fee on their website so I naturally assumed wi-fi would be fee as I stay in hotels probably 15x a year for work/leisure and have not been charged for internet access in at least 3 years.

5. I was incredibly disappointed in this because I even called ahead to confirm the parking prices prior to our trip and there was no mention of in-and-out fees, just the $20 daily self park.

6. I complained to the manager that I don't consider paying for something everyone else offers for free to be an 'amenity' and she did waive the fee after some spirted discussion.

7. there is a $1 charge for toll free calls they block all of the free wi fi connection from the area and charg $6 for every 15 minutes of internet useIf you want your linens changed you must ASK!they convieniently left a note informing of this policy on top of the catalog they left if u want to purchase any of the room decor LOLThe room was nice but compared to other places in the area I wouldnt even say i paid for location here because there are ton of hotels connected to the same mall as this one that u can get way more for the money especially hotel amenties that are included in the room fee.

10. In summary, I felt their customer service was very poor for being a Hyatt and many of the fees and charges were misleading at best.
