1. The hotel is within walking distance of all the major attactions in DC and is clean and very affordable.

2. The car park, advertised as a 'short 4 block walk away' is a good five minute walk, though you can stop outside the hotel to load and unload (why they haven't reached an agreement with the car park next door, owned by the same company PMI, is odd).
