4. The front desk staff were efficient and helpful, the room we had was fine (a fairly large room with 2 Queen beds and a single for the 5 of us (2 adults and 3 children aged 3, 5 and 7)), and the restaurants and bars downstairs provided us with the sustenance we needed.
