1. Plenty of restaurants nearby and Harry's in the lobby is surprisingly inexpensive and has a great bar.

Plus lots of stores and bars and things in the immediate vicinity (in particular, the T-Mobile store across the street for a US simcard and a 1 month $50 unlimited everything plan, Barnes & Noble around the corner for books for the kids, and Capitol City Brewing 3 blocks north on 11th St for craft beers!)Breakfast was also good - nothing flash, but good - and the reception staff helped us get a large cab when we left to go pick up the RV we were hiring from Arlington.

3. The hotel is old but the rooms were clean and adequate for a short period the breakfast in Harrys bar was reasonably priced and adequate for your needs.
