4. No arrangements were made for those wanting to walk around sightseeing, then perhaps travel to dinner/lunch, etc.Restaurants (Harry's and Ollie's Trolley) were ok.

7. Being close makes seeing Washington very managable you can buzz out for the morning come back for lunch and rest and be off for the rest of the day.
