5. Pluses were: large size room plus dressing room plus kitchen; beds, pillows and sheets were comfy; there is a restaurant on-site and food was generally good; hotel is not new but seemed clean and cared for; 24-hours CVS next door Minuses were: 'kitchen' meant sink, fridge, and cooktop but nomicrowave was provided-we asked for one, but it was not forthcoming-- or any kind of pots& pans (housekeeping did bring a large pot and some cups when we asked); restaurant service ranged from excellent to lousy; limited menu and serving hours (no lunch on weekends); hotel is far from attractions (other than a few monuments) and no restaurants at all in area other than the one in the hotel; mirror-image lobbies in two sides of the hotel are confusing and it can be a long hike to the room (through the garage) from E street to the tower on F street; zero tourist information available from front desks, though they will call cabs.
