The location was excellent in Foggy Bottom, a trendy area close to GW University with a small grocery store next door (FOBOGRO) and within walking distance of
bar
s, restaurants and the Metro.

The
bar
downstairs has happy hour each evening & whilst we didn't eat there, it looked quite busy.

The hotel is in a great spot for city sight-seeing & because it is in the centre of a college district, it seems pretty safe after dark & has a few good
bar
s close handy.

The tonic, produced from a service 'gun' behind the

Now to be fair, i did not ask if they had a room with grab
bar
s in the bathroom, but in 2011 in a hotel where we were paying WELL over 200 dollars a night, i didn't think i had to.

We were never able to use the wine
bar
as it was taken over by different fraternities' rush nights throughout our stay and the noise level was more than an adult could stand.
