1. As other reviewers have said, having the CVS next door was very convenient for a bit of food for the room and anything we forgot.

Let's start with the good: location was great for my business trip (Kennedy Center), walking to K Street businesses and shopping, Georgetown is walkable, 2 Starbucks within 3 blocks (one is a 24 hour Sun-Thurs), great new Whole Foods, and all Smithsonians and monuments within a 1.5 walking distance.

8. The food shop (staffed by students I guess) had all you need to self cater including a great selection of wine and beer.

9. But strangely enough the George Washington University neighborhood doesn't have a lot of eateries that one would expect to find near a college such as fast-food restaurants, pizza restaurants, Jamba Juice, etc. There's a Starbucks nearby though.
