1. The daily refreshing of the linens was superb (these maids know how to really make a bed).

3. Rooms are big, with kitchens, comfortable bedding, clean, and everyone from maids to the front desk staff very friendly and nice.

The downsides were that while the comforter was great, the sheets were a bit scratchy on the skin (we got a little bit of rug burn haha) and a small portion of the carpet was wet as though someone had spilled a glass of water on it (which I'm guessing was the maid and probably won't be a repeat problem).
