1. This hotel is reasonably priced and extremely convenient to the main street in Georgetown -- only 1 block away.

4. The only downside is the noise at night, I am on the 30th bldg facing 29th, so it is a quiet street, but you still hear people talking and some traffic at nite.

The Suites' location is on M and 30th Streets, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of upclass Georgetown, which is Washington DC's main shopping belt for boutique brands (eg Zara, H&M, Adidas, etc), banks (eg Wachovia, Sun Trust, etc), and a couple of nice eateries (try Georgetown Cupcakes on M and 33rd Streets, which serves the best cupcakes in Washington DC).
