1. The complimentary breakfast buffet was satisfactory, if not exactly 'gourmet'.

3. Notwithstanding that check-in wasn't until the afternoon, the check-in staff managed to find a suite that we could check in to immediately; and also allowed us to have a complimentary breakfast.
