I ended up with two reservations as my initial one had not been cancelled, even though I had a cancellation number - was all sorted with no problems- I booked a taxi to the airport and instead of booking a metered cab, a limo at a higher flat rate was booked instead - felt like a bit of a con - maybe the staff know the driver.
