1. Once inside, true, it's more like a Holiday Inn -- not much character to the check-in desk, or the too-big silk flower arrangement at the entrance; but the people are warm and very accommodating.

8. We arrived on 5/4 and upon check-in of our bottom floor courtyard facing room we there was a guy walking around the courtyard on his cell phone facing our window.

9. We just pulled our car right up on check-in, unloaded onto one of the luggage carts, checked in while leaving our car parked in the hotel's private parking circle, then came back and moved it to the garage without any troubles.

10. Notwithstanding that check-in wasn't until the afternoon, the check-in staff managed to find a suite that we could check in to immediately; and also allowed us to have a complimentary breakfast.
