2. We were at the end of a long trip around America and had excellent service everywhere but the Suites surpassed everywhere else.

3. The place needs a refurb and could use better service but the space makes up for it and it was priced to compensate for what's lacking.

4. We had problems with a flickering bathroom light, blocked sink and broken microwave on arrival, but to be fair reception sent someone within half an hour of our request and all of the problems were fixed within an hour by friendly and polite maintenance staff, so top marks for great service here, but the room should have been checked properly before the start of our 7 nights stay.
