2. We were on our way out of the room for the day so I don't know how quickly it was cleaned up, but the gentleman at the front desk seemed very unphased/unbothered when I reported the problem and it was all cleaned up when we returned, and they didn't charge us for it.

We arrived at the Harbour Building of the Georgetown Suites on a rainy, miserable evening and were greeted by the friendly front desk employee who quickly checked us in and went over the details of the free breakfast with us, gave us coupons for local restaurants, and suggested close (it was pouring!) seafood restaurants as we specifically asked for those.
