4. Let me say it was 1.00 am and I called the front desk asking if any of the housekeeping members is working a night shift in order to change our sheets.

6. The 2nd thing, when we went back to the room on the 1st night after a long day out, I found out that the sheets were not very clean, I don't mean dirty but they had permanent stains on them.
