1. The lobby and housekeeping staff were very helpful, the night gal even rustled up some salt and pepper for me one night so I could cook my scrambled eggs the next morning.

I spent a week on business at the Q at offer the following: Pros: Fantastic location, large and tastefully decorated / modern room, great towels and linens, boutique hotel feel, large windows that open with good sound proofing, good wireless, couch in room, fridge/microwave/in room coffee maker, great desk staff, morning coffee and fruit bowl in lobby.
