6. This is my second time at The Quincy and unlike another I've stayed at (The State Hotel), The Quincy is in a far better location with equally good rooms.

7. So, we give this a 4 star rating because it is such a great location, very close to the metro, during the week, there are a great number of affordable places for breakfast/lunch/dinner.

I spent a week on business at the Q at offer the following: Pros: Fantastic location, large and tastefully decorated / modern room, great towels and linens, boutique hotel feel, large windows that open with good sound proofing, good wireless, couch in room, fridge/microwave/in room coffee maker, great desk staff, morning coffee and fruit bowl in lobby.

Many of the other reviewers already covered key points: good location; large room; climate control is very limited, so there is a chance you will be too hot or too cold; there is quite a bit of noise (whether you stay in the front or back side of the hotel); and some aspects of the hotel and rooms are dated.
