1. Check In and Out were very efficient, and they were happy for us to leave bags with the concierge while we spent our last day out and about in Washington.

5. but, guests who check in are often zonked from traveling, and don't want the hotel to wake them up 30 minutes after check-in, to make sure they are comfortable.

8. the elevator went out at the quincy and that was bad but we took the stairs and they didnt offer anything like meal vouchers or anything but oh well!we got to check in early and they held our bags after we checked out which was COOLFor younger people check out the boomerang bar tour.

We had a rather frustrating time at the parking garage (which simply enough is Colonial Parking right beside the hotel) dealing with the parking attendant -- who insisted we check-in first, before he would except our car, despite the front desk stating that they would call him with our room number.
