1. Suggestions-go to CF Folks for lunch-Crab Cake sandwich is a must-on 19th Street and Raku(Asian fusion) on 20th Street and P for dinner-cheap, large portions and the best cuisine in DC.

2. So, we give this a 4 star rating because it is such a great location, very close to the metro, during the week, there are a great number of affordable places for breakfast/lunch/dinner.
