Generally, I'd agree with the caveats in other reviews about room selection and catering; our room on the 10th floor was plagued by the lift motors' noise and the 24-hr hum of the main vent shaft system; catering was limited, and there's no way of eating or snacking in your room - say, still wearing your pyjamas, first thing in the morning!- unless you order expensive room service or use the ridiculously-priced goods from your room mini-bar.
