1. Overall, an OK place to stay, though not nearly as nice as, say, the Tivoli Lodge in Vail, which is a true 5-star, even in the most modest rooms, for 1/2 the price, or the newer Hampton Inns (with their complimentary breakfasts) in which you stay en route.

2. when my friend and I arrived at the hotel, the front desk person told us our original room was not available due to a flooded bathtub so another room was offered along with complimentary continental breakfast coupons for the next morning.

6. The hotel is in downtown and is AMAZING under every point of view:Staff is very very very attentive, and also gave us tips to park our car in the neighborood (this is the only real problem in DC: car parking are expensive); anyway they offer a complimentary car parking service.
