1. I didn't get the usual amenities that come with membership and had to make them correct my bill to remove minibar charges that were within the $10 limit for members.

2. I was greeted with a personalized welcome note and a $10 minibar credit (for being a Kimpton InTouch member, which is free), a wine and snacks happy hour, free coffee in the morning, and free parking because I have a red car.

3. Have stayed here multiple times and have always found the rooms to be ample, the amenities excellent for a business traveler, from the high speed internet (free with kimpton membership) to the $10 in snacks from minibar.

It is very conveniently located and offers spacious rooms with flawless wireless internet access (free for Kimpton In-Touch members) and many other amenities typical of Kimpton Hotels: an in-room safe, iron and ironing board, really spacious desk/work area, flat screen television, a large and comfortable bed, good coffee and tea in the lobby, fitness center, well-stocked minibar, and so on.

9. I received a raid-the-minibar coupon, a coupon for free breakfast due to a short wait to check-in, and a personalized note from the manager in my room thanking me for returning--wow.

10. Because I joined the Kimpton InTouch program on the internet a few days prior, there were some apples and a Rolling Stone waiting for us, and we were invited to some freebees from the minibar.
