1. Like most hotels, the gym here is sad with only a few machines, but they have yoga mats and weights and exercise balls, which I broguht up to my room for a workout which was perfect.

3. Front desk was very helpful with getting cabs, directions, running map (great neighborhood area to run in) printing out boarding passes, etc. Ran all three days and used gym once - but be advised, gym is tiny.

10. The staff was kind and professional -- I often saw them going out of their way to help families with their bags, dogs, etc. Only complaint was that the gym was tiny with just one bench and no dumb bells heavier than 25 pounds.
