1. They have a long list of items they will provide free of charge if you forget like a toothbrush for my friend.

2. The business center is a tiny room but I was able to print my boarding passes at no charge and very easily so the center met my needs perfectly.

What really got my attention was the next morning trying to print tickets to the capitol tour and Lily Moss, a front desk clerk, offered to print them at the desk so we wouldn't have to pay to get onto their business center (btw, for some reason they charge $5 per 15 minutes on their lobby computer and $1 per page of printing).

4. The hotel does have an underground garage, but they charge $39 a day for parking, so be forewarned.

5. I have stayed in hotels that charge twice the price and they don't do as well as Hotel Rogue in making your stay fun and comfortable.

8. Yes, I was aware of the half off price for valet if you owned a 'green' enviro-friendly car, but not everyone has those, and the $36 nightly price (and that's BEFORE they charge you a valet parking tax) is a bit out of this world.

9. When staying at the Rouge or any Kimpton hotel, it's important to have joined their InTouch loyalty program which at the minimum provides for in-room WiFi (which worked well at the Rouge), daily morning newspaper and a few choices from the mini-bar, all at no charge.

10. My girlfriend just fell in love with this hotel and its design, she decided it is the best hotel she been too and forget the 5 star hotels, they charge you triple the price and it's only for the name not the services.
