1. The only dowside I would say is there is no free wifi in your room, so to use the wifi you have to go to the public areas of the hotel, which at times is very crowded.
2. They said they had free wifi on first 2 floors (lobby and lounge) but I couldn't get on.
3. The lobby area (which really covers multiple floors, especially the first and second, with open areas on the third and fourth related to the conference facilities, all connected by open escalators) was nice enough, although there weren't always enough seats if you wanted a place to hang out for a while and use the free wireless (it's a pricey $12.95/day to access the Internet in the room, but wireless in the lobby is free).
4. I had wifi included in my package, but even if you don't need it all the time, wifi in the lobby is free for guests.
5. We only received wifi service because of the upgrade, which I found surprising as I would have thought a chain hotel of this size and magnitude would provide free wifi.
6. Unfortunately the hotel doesn't offer free wifi in the rooms which brings it down to four stars.
7. Wifi provided on the 1st and 2nd floors free of charge; elsewhere in the hotel $12.95 per day.
8. Wired is cheaper than wireless but is not free.
9. I could not get wifi in the lobby, so not sure if they have a free service there.
10. There was an Ipod/iphone charger and radio, lcd TV, bar, coffee maker, etc. Wifi is not free and you pay for 24 hours or more.
11. Beds were comfortable and hotel also offered free-wifi in the lobby and other public areas.
12. I would imagine business traveler they are use to a wifi fee & the rest of us can take a quick trip down to the lobby for a little free wifi.
13. I do have issues with the cost of the hotel food, parking and internet fees (Prudential offers free wifi though), and although prices are about the same in other hotels nearby, I guess I was expecting more from this hotel.
14. Very expensive for what you get, no free wifi ($12.95 per 24 hours), and all parking is valet which costs $46 per night.
15. who doesn't offer free wifi.
16. More gripes: the $13 room charge for wi fi (the free wifi on the first two floors worked well.
17. Free wifi in lobby and 2nd floor.
18. Would be five stars if there was free wifi in rooms - only free in the lobby.
19. But in this day and age - no free WiFi is unforgiveable.
20. There's free wifi in the lobby and on the 2nd floor, if you're not too annoyed by having to reconnect frequently.
21. Also the only free wifi is in the lobby.
22. I could have stayed at a Holiday Inn and received just as nice a room with free breakfast and WiFI.
23. They have free wifi on the first and second floors but that didn't suit my needs as i needed to work.
24. A note about Internet, wired seemed to be free in the room but not wireless.
25. You have to go to the lobby to access free wireless.
26. The pool is pretty short - 10 yards longThere was a mini bar charge that was not ours on the bill but the took it off immediatelyYou have to pay for Wifi $10 - everywhere else we stayed at it was free - also I logged on with my Iphone and then with my Ipad and got charged twice.
27. BTW- No free wifi in the rooms.
28. There was no notice that there was actually free wifi in the lobbyThe pool is to small and the water seemed a bit hazy.
29. I found nearly all of the service here excellent, free WiFi in the lobby helps get you out of your room and next to the cozy fireplace.
30. We chose to go to the lobby area a couple of times a day to use the free wireless.
31. Charge for internet in room but free WiFi in lobby.
32. My only negative comment is that I wish the Westin had free wireless service like so many hotels have these days.
33. No free wifi and only 1 accessible computer in the lobby but there was a Starbucks in the mall right off the lobby.
34. We did have to pay for wireless internet in our room at 10 bucks per night but it is free in the lobby if required.
35. The main negative was the lack of free wifi.
36. I also think that paying to use a hotels computer in the business center when free wifi is offered is odd.
37. Free wifi was only available in the lobby, which was slightly inconvenient.
38. We had to ask for robes and slippers, though again they were typical top quality- NO FREE WIFI: - it continues to amaze me that any hotel thinks it can get away without offering free wifi and not expect it to be remarked upon unfavorably.
39. One drawback was the lack of free WiFi in the rooms -- you had to go into the lobby to get free WiFi.
40. Wireless WIFI is free in the lobby.
41. There is free wireless internet in the lobby, which is nice.
42. Prices are high and do not include free wireless.
43. One downfall is that you have to sit in the lobby for the free wireless internet, but I didnt mind too much, as there is a starbucks in the mall that is attached to the hotel (right near the lobby), so I just got a coffee, and sat in the comfortable couches for a bit each morning.
44. Wireless in the rooms wasn`t free.
45. To get free wireless you have to hang out in the completely uncomfortable and dirty-looking lobby.
46. Wireless internet also available and free access with suite.
