2. The staff can't do enough for you, the rooms are a really generous size, you get a free bed turning service, free wifi and courtesy car around the place.

3. Wifi is free in the lobby - and I found that if you log in there and carry your laptop upstairs (we were on the 15th floor!), the signal stays with you until you shut down - so we never did pay for any wifi.

4. We were on the 6th floor but my laptop was able to use the first floor reception WIFI for free.

6. Other assets: We enjoyed a beautiful view of downtown from the 14th floor, free wifi, robes and slippers.
