3. On the morning of the 8th, my colleague brought to my attention a bed pillow that had fallen to the floor from my bed before i went to sleep and and pointed to what appeared as a spot saying that she thinks it is a bed bug.

I had made reservations on the Hotel's website several months before, and the week of our stay, they emailed me and confirmed the reservation, and gave me a link to a special page where we could request special amenities, such as foam pillows, early check-in, or reservations at their upscale restaurant.

7. The Director of Services came to my room and removed the bug from the pillow in a piece of paper stating that it would be tested.
