6. We arrived late on a Monday afternoon and were given a northwest facing corner room with wonderful views of the city including portions of the Bay Bridge, Coit Tower,and Alcatraz.

10. BUT the front desk was wonderful - they upgraded rooms to a top floor with views of the bay and reduced our per night fee - the rooms were right next door with a small foyer and front door - perfect.
