1. The big advantage here is the boat ride to Downtown Disney which has beautiful views of the peaceful river scenery.

2. We stayed in the Acadia House facing the parking lot, and all we had to do was turn a corner and we saw a beautiful view.

3. One annoying thing - we saw many people with refillable mugs that had quite obviously not been bought at the resort, (some were even from Sea World and Universal) filling them for free at the beverage station in full view of the staff, who seemed to turn a blind eye.

6. We were in building 25, which had lovely views all around (not parking lot) and was very close to the bus stop, but far from the food court -- a 10 minute walk away.

8. The only postives for this hotel resort are the beautiful grounds and river views along with the relaxing river boat ride to downtown Disney which was excellent.
