1. It's clean, comfortable, has a fridge, easy access to parking and bus stops if you need them, we used the laundry facility and it was clean and comfortable.

2. We hired bicycles and also the sea raycers and had a great time, so you dont need to spend all day every day at the parks, we swam in our quiet pool just a few steps from our room, this was always clean, we used the guest laundry, again this was great and really convenient.
