1. NO WIFI: This is a major Fail on all Disney properties: not sure why they don't supply WiFi at a kid-friendly resort and why they charge $10/day for wired internet.

2. We were upgraded to a 'water view' room free of charge, but honestly you would need a periscope & x-ray vision to see the pool.

AT one point I needed to get medical attention for my 13yr old, We had used Magical Express (worked great) so we had no car, I went to the concierge desk and they were able to call a walk-in clinic that picks-up and then brings you back (free of charge) we only had to pay our co-pay and they had a pharmacy on site for medications.

4. We didn't recieve any towel animals although it must have been apparent that we had 2 young children due to our 2 pack n play cribs which Disney provided free of charge.

7. Of course they wanted to charge me more then I was supposed to pay and it was a good thing I called for the manager and showed him all of the back-up documents I had saved to prove the correct price.
