1. The concierge staff was wonderful (Allison - you're the best!) and went out of their way to help you book a dinner reservation or offer suggestions since there is SO many opportunities.

The gift shop attendants were very friendly and helpful (more helpful than the concierge in terms of hotel information), and we used the package service twice with no problems (if you buy things in the park, they deliver them to the hotel gift shop for pick up the next day so you don't have to lug them around).

4. AT one point I needed to get medical attention for my 13yr old, We had used Magical Express (worked great) so we had no car, I went to the concierge desk and they were able to call a walk-in clinic that picks-up and then brings you back (free of charge) we only had to pay our co-pay and they had a pharmacy on site for medications.
