1. The shower was broken,the jacuzzzi in the room was broken, wall paper torn, sharp tile on jacuzzi came off and I'm glad we caught it before our toddler did.

2. Front screen window was damaged, door locks where chintzy, power strip hanging off the wall, string hanging from closet to turn light on, small tvs with no remote (jeez), peeling paint in restrooms, torn shower curtain, broken shower head, mold in restroom.

4. The place had huge dirty spots on the carpet, curtains that would not shut properly and a shower that could scald you or freeze you at a moments notice.

6. The ceiling in the shower had obvious water damage, the shelf in the bathroom was chipped, the windows did not fit tightly in their (dirty) frames on the (dirty) windowsill, and the door to our room did not sit plumb in the frame, allowing about 1/2' of daylight to come in at sunrise each day.

Positives: cheap price, pool, good bartenders, cool neighborhood with some good family restaurants and fun bars to visitNegatives: front desk, business center (only one out of two computers worked), shower would routinely alternate between scalding hot and freezing cold, maid service was inconsistent, jets did not work in the jacuzzi.
