The man at check in was not helpful nor friendly, the pool was green (we were told it would be clean our second day there but it looked just as green as when we checked in and it didn't look like anyone was fixing it), tiles around the dirty spa were cracked, the doors didn't line up properly with the wall, cracked concrete on the stairs.
