The following day we had to go back as we forgot something (we had to go back because when I phone they hung up once then left me on hold for twenty minutes) and I was greeted by the manager who said 'what do you want' and when I said I was here yesterday she replied 'what are you doing back here then' I explaned we had left something behind and they seemed completely dis-interested in helping till we mentioned we needed to obtain a police report for our insurance.
