1. engineer came in 5-10 minutes and found a plug disconnected --TV was an early 1990s model-- bathroom was clean but has seen better days-tub/shower was very small.

4. the service also 'left alot to be desired' i tried speaking to the front desk manager about the black mold in the shower and he assured me it was not dangerous!i was horrified at his reaction to the situation.
