1. There's a fairly decent restaurant in the hotel with a nice bar.

2. & next door to the pub/hotel is the Lindl Chocolate Shop The Bar as a OLDE WORLDE feeling - we sat around the bar on the high stools - although there are plenty of seating areas around fires and in cosy little nooks - we soon drew the attention of a few other drinkers in there not becasue we where 2 single women drinking - not because we where drunk ( we wern't ) No it was becasue we where talking with ENGLISH ACCENTS the Americans Love it .

4. The restaurant manager happily poured me some juices after the hours of breakfast were over, and the bar prepared a nice hot chocolate for my daughter to take upstairs after a cold day of shopping.

6. It's a 'charming' hotel --meaning old , dated rooms, lumpy beds, $11/day internet charge (wireless in lobby only), restaurant also passable but not anything special -- a bar setting - tight wooden booths with tables full of name carvings (by undergrads?).

There is a large TV above the Bar area which had an America Football Match on it ( could not understand the rules ) All in all this is a lovely place for a Drink - I belive that they also do Food - which is supposed to be Great as well Princeton is a great place to visit - Lots of History - which for America is an unusal thing - Great Univeristy area to visit and lots of shops as well - and very handy as a base if you visit New York - its only a 40 minute train journey away If you visit during December there is usually a Father Christmas being driven around the square in an Horse and Cart it is Magical.
