When we checked out and asked for some compensation on the room price, we were told that since it was a weekend, we would have to wait for the regular

The restaurant
manager
happily poured me some juices after the hours of breakfast were over, and the bar prepared a nice hot chocolate for my daughter to take upstairs after a cold day of shopping.

the service also 'left alot to be desired' i tried speaking to the front desk
manager
about the black mold in the shower and he assured me it was not dangerous!i was horrified at his reaction to the situation.
