1. It did seem a little old (the carpets, etc), and the elevators were very creaky (we took the stairs most of the time), but everything was clean and the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

4. The historic Inn is very lovely, and I found the front desk to be very helpful on check-in, with directions, places to eat, printing my airline boarding passes, and checking on our transportation back to the airport.

The front desk had to be reminded that the group had negotiated a discounted rate for overnight parking, which unless members of the group specifically pointed out to the front desk, they were charged the rack rate for parking (and this was after the front desk was told several times that the group had been given the discounted rate).
