2. Parking is available at a nearby garage at about $20/night rack rate (which is on the high side).

The front desk had to be reminded that the group had negotiated a discounted rate for overnight parking, which unless members of the group specifically pointed out to the front desk, they were charged the rack rate for parking (and this was after the front desk was told several times that the group had been given the discounted rate).
