1. What my husband forgot to show the manager was the nasty grout in the tub/shower area, the gaping hole in the tub, and the nasty frig that looked as if someone had spilled something on top of it.

2. Our room had chipped formica, a cracked mirror, old mirrors (missing the reflective backing around the edges), a broken drying line in the shower (a nylon rope used in place of the retractable wire), a missing resevoir lid on the coffee machine and fraying carpet.

3. The shower had a weird pipe attached to the side that sprayed everywhere, and the showerhead was caked with pink mildew and mineral buildup.
