1. Breakfast here is above and beyond and the customer service has been excellent.

4. The only good thing about it was the staff did try to be accommodating but the bell boy/service person- specifically Darell was initially nice but subsequently must have be been upset because I forgot to tip him, did not want to help me move my stuff.

6. I would not recommend staying at this hotel as their service and willingness to deal with a problem that has occurred is unacceptable, i.e., complete unwillingness to even consider the guest's position and budge from their hard line.
