2. It is not a safe walking distance to the French Quarter so your money would be better spent staying somewhere closer to the main areas with a staff that are more approachable and don't seem bothered by you being there making them have to do some work.

4. This hotel was really far from the French Quarter (20 minute brisk walk), and while the initial ambiance was nice (beautiful hotel lobby), the hotel room was dirty, old, and not worth the money for the stay.
